Weight loss through sport and diet can turn you into a sports addict or as I like to call it a Spaddict! Keeping the weight off is the challenging part  but sport makes it all that much more fun and the only feasible way to maintaining it for life and winning the battle of the bulge !!!

There are no secrets to loosing weight all the information is already out there. Consistency, willpower and common sense is all it takes. Exercising creates the willpower , consistency comes from endorphin addiction!
