Ended of my Monday pretty good.I did not manage any sport however I had the power to say NO to junk 3 times in the day . I have missed that power .Its can actually and is in fact enjoyable when you are hungry for results and are sticking to the plan once again.

Alrighty then all. Started my week with a 3 hour session tonight. I am klupped\tired and ready for sleep.
