Spaddict’s True story
My name is Chatzke(Anonymous nickname- I am not too fond of big brother) am 36 years young and lost about 60Kg in 11 months through enjoyable hard work. I am now maintaining and still loving it after turning into a sp(orts)addict and cannot keep away from working out 4-5 times a week for at least 2-3 hours a session.

I was lucky enough to find a real weight loss program run at Israel’s Physical fitness institute called Winlife . The program taught me how to eat and exercise properly. Essentially it is all common sense when it comes to food and exercise and they explained to us really well and it all sank in.
The main thing is to make the mental switch in your head and accept your road ahead. Its not easy going at 1st but it can become the most enjoyable ride you have been on. When you see results every week your motivation increases. The oxygen and endorphins running to my brain made me feel like a new person.
I entered the Winlife program weighing in at around 150KG and being a heavy smoker, I am now +- 90KG . Basically I would consider myself to have an addictive personality all I needed was to focus my energy towards the fitness and diet and walla !! The impossible of the impossible I loved the process itself. I was a heavy smoker all through the 1st year of the program till 10 months ago when I found that switch too and have enjoyed clear lungs and a different level of fitness since.
What it taught me too was not to be embarrassed about being fat and doing exercise. This was achieved by being in a group that was mostly overweight people exercising together. Not the real world situation of being in a gym with all fit looking people and feeling out of place. Screw the real world gym rats!!! Remember that you are doing it for yourself and try your best not to care what other people are thinking.
I learnt to do a vast variety of sports some of which never in my wildest dreams before would I have thought of going to in a regular gym. They included aerobics, water aerobics, kickboxing, spinning, running, Pilates etc…. Aerobics was the least likely to become one of my favorites yet it is the most fun way to burn off calories even for men. The co-ordination it builds is also essential for an all round fitness program.
I do an average now of 12-15 hours of sport a week. I know it sounds ludicrous but it has become so enjoyable I dread having to go to work after a session of exercise because it’s more fun than work. I am now ready to exercise anywhere any time I don’t give a hoot who is there main thing is I am burning off the calories and getting my dose of endorphins
If anyone wants to know more about the program they run you can contact me by email at the following address
