2 Hours of Cardio Is Maybe not enough for me.Hmm…What Would Mike Geary Think ?

A good week overall. Slightly less hours than usual with 2 hour training sessions not 3 but its temp. At least I managed 4 days this week Ran and swam twice and even got a cycle in, I sorely missed Pilates and Aerobics though . Sand Dunes today were awesome .It was a relief not having to wake up at 5 AM and setting out a little later. It was hard though to get through the swim after the long run. Its one of the reasons I stopped at 47 Minutes instead of 60. A nice distance though.
I wonder if Mike Geary is happy with me now
with his weird Tips on losing Stomach Fat and not doing Cardio.
My Achilles and foot was a little sore today and this week overall. Its just like 87% well but is taking a long time to get to 100%. I am hoping my new orthotics will help. Its going to be 3 weeks till I get them though. I went to Tamir Kfir who lectured us at Winlife about injury and insteps. He makes a special kind designed individually designed and adapted to the type of sports you do. My old orthotics have been worn out with hard wear but they lasted a long time considering the amount of punishment they have been through. Check out his website here at TamirKfir.CO.IL. From next week Monday I have the new trial looking forward to it. Will have plenty of everything and will hopefully get up to 3 hour a day workouts again. To that I raise my glass right now with Single Peaty Malt Laphroaig and I bid you good Shabbos from the Holy Land.
