Did not manage to get the morning run going so I settled for the shortish (+-10km)  trail run with a lot of uphills and sand. It was great to be outdoors again and not on the elliptical. I then went into Holmes Place for the once a week aerobics class. It was awesome and I burnt off 1000 calories in the blink of an eyelid\eyecandy it went so fast and was a lot of fun for a change. I am sorely missing other activities and 7 more days till this cast comes off and the variety comes back……
