Back on the Wagon
I had a bad eating weekend: ( Only healthy things but I at too many calories on the weekend. I think I ate 3000 on both Friday and Saturday (think because I did not write it all down and some just got “lost” in my short term memory) . Mostly Cashew Nuts and 70 % Dark Chocolate, peanut butter Sandwiches etc. That’s it though and I got back on the wagon today and being strict again. I have a target to meet and I will get to it. I am happy at least I did not eat real crap and its usually healthy overeating something I have learnt to do in the past 2 years. When I eat really unhealthy food I actually feel crap afterwards and often contemplate shoving a finger down my throat . I have never actually done that though as that’s just another disease no one wants to get into. The main thing is when having a bad eating day is not to get dragged down into the trap of really binging and just get back to normal eating and exercise as soon as possible.
Speaking of which I ran 9km today half sand road and half dunes\nature reserve again. I then went to Galit’s Strengthening class which is something worth going to, she is also one of the instructors that are worth missing the gym for and have a good energy in their class. I ended off with Mushi in the pool for Water Aerobics. All in all 1800 calories to start the week off and only 1800 calories eaten so far today so the deficit is good and I am back on track.
