What a great day today. I got a dual session in. I managed to get up early enough this morning and get to Ranaana in the evening. Total actual exercise was 4 hours. Add another few hours around that traveling and showering time and you will see I did not work all that much today but F$#%$#k it I made it to the gym which is more important.

I am really out of shape for Pilates and my stomach and core muscles are way out of tune but I am on my way back .It was my 1st time with a new teacher at Holmes Place Herzliya and she is another great one טל שריג who has found a loyal follower. I then sweated it out on the Elliptical cross trainer which I haven’t done in a while.

In my 2nd session I tried out Holmes Place Ranaana for the 1st time and it’s a 1st class gym for sure. I am going to enjoy going there. The facilities are great. The pool is big the Aerobics class was big and there was some new eye candy for a change. Not that there is anything wrong with the other ones. Most of all they were the most fun calories spent of the week.

Anyways the million is really close now and could make it by Shabbos but I think I want to save it till I am in Aerobics on Sunday as that would be fitting. I may even turn it off if I get too close :)  I am soo tired now off to rest.
