Bloggers Block

Today was a better calorie burning day overall at Winlife. I managed to run 10km. I then did a spinning class and then ended off with some weights in the gym. Total calories burnt today were 2300.

I think I  have some  Bloggers Block. I just don’t feel like being creative this week. I hope it passes soon.Havent had time to work on the website itself either. I have also been a little bit less motivated at Winlife too this week. These times are generally few and far between and I am sure it will pass . I heard a rumor Naama is back next week and that could definitely bring me back some of the motivation that seems to have disappeared. Her Classes definitely make Winlife  more fun to be going into.

Just goes to show how important it is to try finding the right environment to exercise in with  lots of variety otherwise things can go downhill pretty quickly when you are a little bored. I can see why people who buy a treadmill\exercise machine for their home and think it’s the answer to their overweight problem usually fail and will hardly use the machine at all.

The Key to Maintaining Weight Loss and a training regime is to make sure that exercise never becomes boring. There are lots of fun ways to burn calories you just need to find the ones that suit you the most and vary them. The most important other factor is the consistency. Even when times are bad to keep at it. Don’t miss more than day or two otherwise it’s all downhill from there and before you know it you will be out of the loop. Of course there are also bad and good eating days. This past weekend was really bad for me but I got back on track straight away and don’t let it slip for more than a day or so otherwise the same applies to going downhill very very quickly.
