I passed out sleeping last night at around 730pm woke up at 2am and went back to sleep till 830AM. 13 hours of rest is what my body needed I guess. I managed another 3 hour easy stretch for a Thursday night. Started with Aerobics then Dynamic Strength class and then Pilates Core muscle building. All in all around 900 Calories burnt off. Aerobics was pretty empty which is not so great but it does mean one thing for me more space and If I have more space I burn more calories with bigger steps :) . Did lots of stomach tonight in 2 classes I cannot believe by how Pilates has improved my stomach strength so much so that when I do regular site ups in a regular strength class the exercises feel so easy now . I also feel like I walk taller or standing up straight more since I have been doing Core building in Pilates. I reckon Pilates is one of the most underestimated\under-rated all round good for you sports. I have been doing it consistently now for the last 4-5 months and there is a marked difference all areas of my sport and body .It’s like the cherry on top so to speak to top all your Training with.(Hope the picture has not sent you off to the nearest Ice Cream store just to get small point across
)
I need to get some rest again now. Tomorrow I am being optimistic and I wish to get up at 530am so I can run. I haven’t run the whole week trying to rest the injury but I think I am ready for an easy 10km run tomorrow in the dunes at Wingate. I cannot wait for some more endorphins for the last training day of the week.
