I had a shortish workout today. See the log Below. 

Unfortunately I am once again strapped for time with not time to really blog again today  :( .

The end of an era is near. I think that from the end of the month I am going to take a break from the Winlife program and go into the Wingate club and see how it goes. I think I am disciplined enough to do it . It wont be as structured but I think I can manage. Its unfortunate but its just not really worth it I think  for me now. It also does not seem as if they are even looking for a serious replacement for Naama. They will have difficulty finding anyone as good and but they are not really even trying for now. I have it all at Wingate other than Pilates. Change is probably for the good for now. I could always go back if need be .I may look into joining a Country club closer maybe too. Hmmmmm…. I need to check it out this week.
