After a slow start to the week at Winlife I have made up for it today. I ran 10km today with fresh legs and it when it was over it left me with a craving for more and more . It was freezing at 620AM and even after an hour of running my fingers with gloves on felt Frost bitten but it was still awesome. I continued into today’s session as you can see with a great spinning class and I even increased my “Cool Down” swim today to 1Km :) .I only count laps on Fridays and during the week I don’t count because it drives me a bit nuts and I just swim for 60 minutes flat. I now estimate my usual weekday swim to be about 2.5KM or maybe a little more. Not bad I think. I will try counting it sometime this coming week.
I have to admit though I have been still going over my calorie count everyday this week and it’s really not good. I even avoided the official scale this week because I knew I ate more than the usual. I did not eat rubbish but I found myself eating at night a lot. Next week I need to get my act more into gear on that side and try get it down again. I don’t think I have put on weight but I am pretty sure I never lost any. Maybe I need to be posting my Daily calorie count too and that will motivate me more to show you out there I am behaving myself.Hmmm…….
Anyways got to the Winter Shabbos Rush coming on got to Run.
