Got another fright today on different  scale in the gym and I am running full steam again to take away the Pesach and injury weight gain. No more my friends no more. It was scary. I am also starting to feel in my gym clothes and that is the final straw coz I aint wasting money buying clothes these will fit be better next week. I am writing down everything I eat and counting the calories again. I hope to post my daily eating on the blog to keep me in check and hopefully honest :)

What I ate today

 

The good thing is I am basically confined to doing only cardio for next 2 weeks anyways and that is fine by me to get  the ball rolling.

I started today with a 25 minute swim at Holmes Place. My wrist did hurt and it was not all that comfortable. I need to find a way of taping my wrist for the swimming so I can go longer . I am sure it will get better soon and I will take it slowly.  I then went to the Elliptical and ran my heart out for 60 minutes. Awesome. Last by not least  I went to my 1st aerobics class in more than 2 months it was great. I love it still and I enjoy the class it’s a pity that there is only one per week.

Overall a good cardio and eating day let this be a sign of things to come and injury free sport.
