Guilt Syndrome
Gave the body some time to rest again. Looking forward to Tuesdays 4 hour session tomorrow morning. I need to burn lots of fat tomorrow coz Wednesday is Judgment day again when I get on the scale. If I need to get rid of another 4.4kg by new years then I need a big week and some margin to work with. Its going to be hard without running as much as I would like but it’s still possible. I don’t want to cut down on calories anymore because I don’t want to lose the muscle I am building now a lot and want more food.
I will be satisfied with % body fat on the Tanita scale but 1kg would be nice too.

Guilty As Charged
I was feeling very guilty some times in the day for being a bit of a sports addict. Writing this blog and building this website is making me even more fanatical about it but I guess that’s not such a bad thing if it keeps my weight down and its what I would hope others in their own Blogs would eventually use as their main tool. I am just feeling guilty I suppose because I am neglecting regular work in some ways. I am looking forward to the day where this will be my day job and take up all the business. I then won’t have feelings of guilt for not working hard enough to keep machines talking to each other and to us just to make a living. The people moaning in my ear that this isn’t working and WHY !! Why Bill Gates WHY??

Got to go pack for Winlife tomorrow and get some rest. Yes Pack it takes at least 20 minutes of my life every night before I go in. I need 3 changes of clothing water supplies socks MP3 etc etc etc .
BTW I have noticed a lot of the time the Goodle Adsense in the blog comes up with tip for a flat stomach and it all points to Mike Geary’s website Truthaboutabs.com Its little uncanny because I recently read his book and he has some great nutrition and workout tips. I only disagree with him on one thing. He thinks hours of cardio is boring. I on the other hand thrive on hours of cardio you just have to find the right cardio. He is to be respected though because he has great things in the book. Also uncanny is Lebo my friend in Toronto sent me an abridged version yesterday in email. I am going to post it here and you can download it if you feel like some good advice on eating and working out. Training-nutrition-secrets.pdf
