How could I have forgotten to post last Wednesdays workout ???

Spaddicts Log Wednesday  27th January
Swim 60 Minutes
Step Aerobics 50 minutes
Total Calories Burnt 1400

I came home and was too tired and had meant to add it to Fridays report. Oh well above is the Log from another great last lesson I had last week. It was an awesome class I am still feeling my shoulders and arms from that class. I am really going to miss them .

The swimming is coming along great too. I am really feeling strong in the pool these days. I guess 5 months of consistent training can do that for me or anyone else out there. Its all about consistency at the end of the day.
