What I Ate Today

Sunday evenings at Winlife have been one of my favorites for a long time .I am really starting to get a lump in my throat and butterflies in my stomach about leaving at the end of the month which is in 7 days. Winlife turned my life around in the last 2 years. It has given me a new healthy, happier and for sure longer life. It’s going to be very hard to leave the people who have helped me go through this change and guided me along the way . It was really the most enjoyable process itself of getting addicted to sport and maintaining my weight loss till now.

 I may come back if I miss it that much I guess but still it’s not going to be easy leaving even if I am going onto hopefully better things . It’s going to be harder to be out of the structure and on my own more. I will have to be even more disciplined and motivated to get in the amount of quality hours in a week.
