This morning I got up at 5:15am . I was really looking forward to the run in the Dunes at Wingate. My foot was hurting me while lying down. When I walked around for about 5 minutes it  felt better and decided to make my way to Wingate and try run. During the run it hurt a little but I think I just shut out the pain and ignored it. In the end I had a great run and afer running 2 days in a row I already noticed a fitness level change where my pulse was averaging 160 and below while cruising. This made it more interesting for pushing up all the hills and having a great interval training run.

My whole body hurts in a good way now and I decided to listen to it and not proceed to Holmes place for phase 2 of the day. I think its enough for one week and my body needs to go into recovery for Sundays assault on the new week and getting under the 90KG mark within a month. I am still and sore in the following areas : Arms, shoulders ,back, stomach ,calves, hamstring, quads, chest  and my damn foot which is the only bad pain I am in. The rest is great soreness and it feels like I got a lot accomplished this week . I am looking forward to reaching my new goal with this kind of momentum .

Shabbat Shalom to all. I think Jack Daniels and Pepsi Max are in town for Shabbos again they are better than any Voltaren Gel to relieve the aches and pains.
