Mornings are not my thing but Tuesdays are worth it.

Good Morning ????
Getting up at around 5:15AM is not the easiest thing in the world even after I have been doing it for the last 2 years. I am not a morning person. My worst scenario happened today. I hit the dismiss Alarm button instead of the snooze and woke up an hour later than I should have. This send me into a flat panic to still get to training on time .Especially on my favorite workout day of the week.
In the end I was not too late but it came at the expense of my training in the gym will try make up to it tomorrow by skipping my stretching class and doing an hour of weights.
So what did I accomplish today? 2600 calories worth that’s what!!! I started with an hour on the Cross trainer in the gym.(This is because my leg is still sore and trying not to run on it for now)
I then went to regular Aerobics and then a Step Aerobics class. It was great all in all and I hope I have put in enough for tomorrow’s Judgment day and the New Years bet. My Aerobics instructor is going to be away for 2 weeks from next week not the best news in the world as she is irreplaceable amongst the others even though they are also good. No one beats Naama !! Not looking forward the day when someone offers her a better job and I am pretty sure it’s going to happen one of these fine days because she is hot property.
I have been telling my friend Lebo to stop weighing himself everyday because he will get despondent. I wish he would but he won’t. The water levels in our bodies fluctuate a lot everyday and you cannot weigh every day. Today for example I weighed myself before I got on the step machine and after my workout. There was a difference of 1.5 KG and I replenished some of the water after weighing. I do this not officially but only to see what is happening and see if tomorrows result will be a good one. (It’s looking promising but you never know what my water will do today) In short if you happen to put on weight or stay the same one week and you are eating well and exercising well , you in all probability have lost only your body is not reflecting it on that day. In the end it all evens out and the following week should be a big one.
I hope tomorrow won’t be a problem getting up early as I have poker tonight. I really want to get on the scale. I guess it’s also good poker is tonight because it will prevent me from eating junk food tonight when they are ordering out. I will say no and I will enjoy saying no!!!
