I almost never went in today to train at Holmes Place but I dragged myself in the afternoon for a great session. I am still a little sick but today I felt much better than last week. I had an awesome swim and I feel like the fitness is coming back. I had an even better spinning class with קרן אייזנבאום  ,she is one of those instructors that just manage to squeeze that extra little effort out of me. I felt like I was going to feint by the end but it felt great.

My heart rate was a little high (186bpm) at full pace which is a little crazy but not doing anything for 10 days and being a little sick can cause this. One other factor to also  take into account is having 6 Belters in the row in front of me :)  In any case I felt like a King\Filig afterwards . I hope to be able to increase each workout to 3-4 hours again by the end of the week and be at full pace again and pull off those pesach calories.

I also have been suffering a lot from insomnia since I haven’t been exercising and I hope it will end tonight.
