Running Hard On The Elliptical

I have been running hard on the elliptical these days and my heart rate is up there while doing it. I would say for the 1st 60 minutes am keeping it at around 160-172 Beats per minute average then for the last 30 minutes I am doing 170-179 beats per minute pushing hard and very tired too. The endurance is building though and I feel I could even push it another 15 minutes longer soon. After I got off took a long cool down. I paddled in the pool for about 10 minutes with a board. I think I am going to try it with flippers soon. The water is soothing for the broken arm and waterproof cast liner. I then even tried the sauna and it was ok with the arm.  

13 days left till to comes off I cannot wait its driving me nuts.
