Finally I managed to run again after “resting” my foot for more than a week. I ran a great 10KM along the beach and Marina and it was awesome. Much better than being cooped up in the gym on a treadmill.I still prefer the Sand dunes and Nature Reserve of Wingate but the smell of the sea 1st thing in the morning just made my week. Afterwards I went into Holmes Place and managed 45 minutes of Weights and then another great Pilates class with Liat Ofer-ליאת עופר. She is really good. It’s a pity she is going on maternity leave soon. I hope they find a good replacement.

Anyways got to run and cook.  Unfortunately there is no whiskey for this week but I will survive on the more fattening wine tonight.
