Overall I have had a good week of training. I don’t seem to have lost any of the Pesach weight but I am definitely back to my full fitness again and pushing the cardio to the limit. I have also acquired a new found love for spinning with the cycling shoes. 2nd  to running spinning is by far the most intense of my training . You basically get as much as you put in to the session and for me that means something on the extreme side of things….  Since my 1st day at Winlife I have pushed  it to my limit and given my 120% when I go into any class\session. I thrive on it and it keeps it interesting for me. The music at Holmes  Place spinning as opposed to Winlife is a million times better for me too. Its hard racy\Trance\House and a mix of Israeli and English, not mostly Israeli. The music is the most important facet of any training session for me. Loud and fast does it for me.  God gives us this body and its awesome what we can do with it and how hard we can push it and change the way it behaves.

Pilates with Fridays teacher feels like a “Pilates Express” class. This instructor(No names Mentioned :)  ) rushes through a zillion exercises and I don’t really enjoy the class as much. Pilates needs to be slow and accurate. She does not go around correcting people and I think I am going to stop going to her classes. Its the kind of teachers to be avoided I think. The ones that care really do their best to make sure everyone is doing it right. My biggest worry now is she will replace the one that’s going on maternity leave who is brilliant.

I have not been training with weights much at all this month. I am just out of it a little and avoiding it coz its boring. I need to try get at least 2-3 times in a week soon. I need to focus a little bit more on it soon as well as some real diet changes. I have been eating too much lately.

The last of the Jack Daniels and Pepsi Max is being well enjoyed today. I have made the calculation that one hour of serious cardio a week  puts enough spare calories to cover the cost of the Friday whisky. I think that I can afford one hour :)  I worked for it.
