TGIF – Thank God it’s Friday

T.G.I.F.I have just poured myself a Jack Daniels and Pepsi Max. Oh yes its Friday Whoohoo !!!

Went into Gym this morning did about 70 minutes of Weight training. I then got in the pool and struggled a bit for 40 Minutes. Its amazing how eve n a short break at a sport you lose the fitness a bit. It’s usually is best to do swimming before any other exercise though. I guess that’s why  in the Triathlon  its first because we would stand a good chance of drowning drown if it was last .

Anyways it was a good 1500 calories all in all. I was surprised how much I burnt in the gym. The new exercises I have are pumping my heart rate big time. Especially the RENEGADE push ups.Check this out the link before to see what it is.Its crazy hard but great.

There is  a Quest going on here, a long term on but its the Quest for Sixpack Abs. A distant dream :)   but nonetheless. A good exercise to getting there and for spiking your RMR up for a day or two.

I got a small chance to ride the bike was great .Not enough time to really enjoy it though in the Friday rush. All in all I have burnt off 7400 calories in exercise since Sunday. I am looking forward to the Saturday break.
