Another crazy day at work this week. Been working late into every night its driving me nuts already with all the computer issues that have come up. No time for too much sport and no time to rest. I was eating better till today and then I got evening munchies and I am going to have to do extra work tomorrow to pull the extra calories off in the morning
I sometimes feel my body just needs more fuel with the amount I burn and that it does not want me to Diet but to just sustain itself and refuel everything instead of being in Calorie Debt. I think I need to put in a very strict 2\3 months again get to my ultimate weight and then I can maintain it with extra food on a permanent basis by not Dieting and just maintain. Why do I put myself through the suffering of being like a yoyo a little above my ultimate goal weight. Its definitely the long way around. I need to get into real Weight Loss Maintenance Mode.
With the change in locations from Winlife to Wingate and Who knows where I need to get serious again and stop farting around. I need to get down to some serious work again and do the finishing touches to Maintaining and MainToning the Weight Loss.
