The Last Friday of the Season

Today was my last Friday morning session at Winlife . I had a great run in the Sand Dunes I think its one of the things I will still do on a Friday if I can Running up there is the most awesome place  and a very good interval and hill training. In Spinning today we tried to get Chen to play some more Non-Israeli Pumping music but we did not succeed so much. Oh well hopefully she will grant me my last wish on Sunday :) in my last class.

I have been looking at the Holmes Place Club  schedule near my House and it looks quite good. I am looking forward to trying it out for a few weeks. There is a good variety of classes and just what I need.  The only thing I need to check out is to see how crowded the pool is as it’s a 3 Laner .

I am looking forward to the change of scenery and routine. I had a very bad eating week. Not bad as in old days bad,  but bad in terms of not writing down and keeping track of calories and going over the daily allowance more than a few times. Main thing is I haven’t eaten too much bad foods as extra. From next week when the changes kick in I am making a new commitment to dieting properly in addition to training hard.

bushmills-greenAnyways Shabbos is soon got to get running . Today I have been bringing on the Shabbos with some BushMills 10 Year Malt and it has been sweet. Only problem is the bottle is almost finished and then I need to restock from people traveling. They should be arriving soon though and hopefully with gifts :)
