Masters of our Universe

Ended of my Monday pretty good.I did not manage any sport however I had the power to say NO to junk 3 times in the day . I have missed that power .Its can actually and is in fact enjoyable when you are hungry for results and are sticking to the plan once again.

1. Arrived at client today there were chocolate pastries all over the kitchen. I stuck to my green tea and frozen yoghurt and said NO!!
2. After lunch one of the ladies decided to go buy cake and distribute itto the whole office. I had a packet of instant Oatmeal instead and said NO!!
3. The evening rolled around went out to play poker had a few calories to spare but when offered the Pizza I said HELL NO!! with a deep sense of satisfaction.

Let’s be sure Lebo in Toronto (who I  have as betting Dieting partner till new years) and I keep saying Hell NO!! Not with the amount of work we are putting in towards  getting to the goalpost again and over that line….
