Trail Relay Running Here I Come

Started my day with 60 minutes in the pool. I seem to be swimming a lot since I am at Holmes Place I like it as Pre-Pilates workout. Swimming is a hard but not crazy hard pulse racing mad hard so it’s a good warm up for the rest of the morning :)  I am definitely doing a crap load more spinning since I got my cycling shoes … I never knew how much more enjoyable they can make the classes. It’s a different world once you have them and the blood flow to my feet is not cut off and I can feel my feet when I get off the bike

I need to start running much more for the next 2 weeks. Registered with  a group of 8 people running a crazy trail relay run at the end of the month.The race is up north in th Golan and is a total of 200km It really looks like an amazing adventure I cannot wait. I hope to be up early tomorrow and get my 1st 10km in the Dunes tomorrow at Wingate and visit the people at Winlife. See the video below from last years race.
