Road Running Sucks ! Trail Running is Therapy !

Trail Run 10km
Weight Training and Stomach 50 minutes

I managed to get back to Wingate this morning and get my weathers worth for an awesome 10Km run and a lot of Endorphin release in the Nature Reserve with a sea View. UnFu…en Believable!!! Just very cold for the 1st 20 minutes or so but after that I felt nothing but bliss. I took it down to a 2 hour session last night so I could manage the 2 hour session this morning which was only like 10 hours later :) . So far So good this week. Off to a good start.Time to get a digital camera I think to get you people some evidence :)

    Yep I need to still document those.Once I get the camera I will do this :) if its not on Shabbos of course.

    I still hate waking up early but when I know I am going to run its easier because I am eager to get out there, I also know I need to try get it done in the morning otherwise there is more chance of missing a day training. Trust me I still use the snooze button.
