I figured out today how I can drink my whisky at the end of a week for no calories whatsoever. Yes this is a true offer for free Whiskey. The Whiskey will cost me a bike ride to Holmes Place and Back at least 3 times a week. Each way is 100 calories burnt that means 600 calories a week I can use solely for Whiskey. That translates into around 10 Tots , not to mention the money I save on parking and a little petrol.

Now with those pearls of wisdom for the week I can explain what a crazy extreme day I had training today.  I went in twice today I the morning and the evening.  In the morning I had a good weight training session followed by an even better 60 minutes swim. I am really I think ready to try a triathlon one of these fine days. I was going to end it off with a Pilates class but the teacher did not show up so I went to work :(  I then cycled a bit to a friend in the middle of the day. The evening session was crazy in cardio and I felt dizzy when I left :) . Remember last week I went to a Pilates class that really hurt me in a good way ? Well today I went to spinning class by the same teacher (קרן איזנבאום) who is a nut job in the best possible sense of the word. She really likes to make it hard for her students in the best possible way. It was an interval training spinning class and I burnt off 1000 calories in the class alone.It was the hardest spinning class I have been to in my life. I was soaked from head to toe and dripping with sweat with puddle under my bike.I felt dizzy after her class after pushing so hard.  The cherry on the top today was the once a week aerobics class with (גלי ליבנה).She is also great. And  I burnt off 900 calories just in that alone without the recovery period. I was starting to cramp towards the end but it was a lot of fun. I am still getting lots of stares from people who must think WTF am  I doing there. I am starting to care lot less but I wish we were doing it downstairs where  there are no passerby’s who keep looking into the window going WTF !!!!! I try not to take notice and am even getting a little kick out of it but still.

Anyway the totals for the day are a little off the charts . I weighed myself when I went in tonight and I was 1.5kg less when I left and trust me it was after I replenished at least 2L of water while there I was so thirsty and lost so many fluids to the parquet floors and my “dri-fit” clothes and towels. My bag was 2kg heavier just from the wet washing :)

All in all this is the way to start a Super Sports Sunday. I now need at least 8 hours of sleep.

Mike Geary would kill me for this kind of extreme cardio workout but Mike I love it this way
