Where The Hell Have I Been ???

It’s a good question. I had a bad miss yesterday. I overslept and never went to Wingate in the morning. I planned to redeem myself by going after work. All the drive home from Jerusalem I debated whether go home or to Wingate…. In the end Going Home won after a hard day’s work. In fact “Going Home” will win at least 1 out of 3 times if I go exercise after work in the evenings. Not good at all !!! and there has been a little relaxing the last 2 weeks. I hope I am not slacking too much… but I need some change quick.

 There is a devil in my mind and I am sure in a lot of peoples that always sits on your  shoulder and persuades you  be lazy. I think it’s much better to get the exercise done in the morning It’s also the best way to start the day.

There is no room to make an excuse why you won’t go later… when you get in earlier!!!!!  :) (Tip from Spaddict for Dummies) :)

Today I got up on time and managed to get a run in before the rain started. I got a little caught in the rain but it was nothing too serious. There is Nothing like a Rainbow over the sea while running in the Nature Reserve Dunes to start a day. It put me on an Endorphin High like no other…..

I am missing having a class to look forward to. I am going to have to go in the evenings more next week to compensate because they only have spinning classes at night at Wingate . I am looking forward to Styling it a little at Holmes Place though  and may start going before my Membership is up at the the club.
