Winter Sucks !!! But a Spaddicts go to do what a Spaddicts got to do …..

I had a good morning session today at Winlife.  Started with a run in the Dunes for an hour. Then went to the gym and finally swam for an hour. Total 2100 calories burnt off today. I am still short 500 calories and a smile on my  face from a regular Tuesday session but I had to get to work today earlier so only did 3 hours instead of 4 :(

I am not enjoying winter . I have been meaning to ride my bike but it gets dark so early I never get the chance. For anyone who knows me most of my life I hated summer. It was time for a lot of unnecessary sweating and stickiness. These days I miss the summer badly and the wish it was hot and humid. Getting to run in the morning takes a lot more motivation, gloves, beanie etc.

For all those nuts out there who see the crack of dawn everyday with steam coming out your mouths and frostbitten  fingers I can now  sympathize with you all. A Spaddicts go to do what a Spaddicts got to do …..

Check out this Youtube video its worth watching. I saw it a while ago its sick man. This is the craziest restaurant ever called “Heart Attack Grill”. No wonder more than 30% of Americans are obese. I must say its probably worth getting checked out by the nurses there though. Check out this statistics from the CDC here for the USA Obese Statisitics .

As you can see I only post fattening pictures and videos :) . I hope they dont make you too hungry. When you get to maintenance levels and Spaddict levels after 2 years they dont really tempt you anymore really. They only show how sick I used to be !!!
