A few more good hours to almost end off a good week. Finally I had some peace from work today and managed to get to the Holmes Place  twice in the day. In the morning I started with a great run. It is still irritating not having a full injury free foot. It has been months since I experienced a fully pain free week and its starting to get on my nerves . Oh well. I am hoping to get  in a 2nd run tomorrow morning but it depends on how my foot feels by then. Truth is I am bordering on pushing it a little too much but I cannot help it as you know by now I am a true Sports Addict and I need my fix for the week.

Today I did my 1st flip turn ever in a swim. I always have wanted to do it and never bothered to learn how . I am still a far way away from perfecting it but I found some videos on YouTube and Metacafe which teach you how to do it. It looks more simple than it is . It will take few times to get used to but I am sure I will figure it out soon.

My stomach muscles are still stiff from 2 days ago in the  Pilates class. Boy did that class give me a workout. Today’s was also a great class. I cannot seem to get enough of them . In fact I am going to try make another one tomorrow again. I think I have been almost every time this week to a Pilates or stretching.

Finally a piece of good news is that Maccabi Health approved my Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) operation. I know need to find out how long before I have it but I feel like finally I will actually stand a chance of me myself feeling like a thin person once it’s done. It also means I need to put in about 2 months of solid dieting and exercising now to pull off as much as I can fat wise until I have the operation..I am looking forward to it now and it has given me motivation to get very strict from Sunday and put some closure in on this issue.

Anyways got to run to bed I put in quite a few hours today and I am falling getting grumpier as I type because I need to get some hours sleep otherwise there is no chance I will get to run in the Dunes at Wingate.
