Pilates

Pilates is a great all round strengthener and toning class. Core exercises aid you in all sports by giving you all round strength balance etc etc. The stretching element of is also great when you are doing intensive workouts the whole week. Personally I have been doing it consistently only for the last 5 months and I literally can feel my Abs wanting to pop out. It has greatly improved my flexibility and posture too. I am Spaddicted to it for sure and see myself doing it all the time.
