Spinning

There are few sports that really get my heart pumping to almost its max other than the running I do. Spinning is the other one for me. The interval training workout you get from it is very intense. Another good reason I get all worked up is because of the good music most instructors choose to get you through the hell. An Enjoyable hell.

The first few times I did it my bum hurt for days after but you get used to it. Make sure when you are in a class that you have an instructor that pays attention to people doing it in the right form because it’s one of those sports if done wrong will cause a lot of injury especially with the knees. In fact a general rule make sure you have instructors that are always worried and paying attention to the small details because these are the good ones and being in a large class getting individual attention can be difficult. Never be shy to ask  questions in fact the more you ask the more you will learn and this is what you are going to need doing all this stuff for the rest of your life not just for your fad diet of a few months.
