I have never tracked what I have eaten to accuracy and the amount of calories I burn every day before and I did this for the last weeks consistently. For anyone that’s interested The excel spreadsheet I have used can be downloaded here. I never ever wrote things down and kept it in my head during my initial diet but I highly recommend the tracking because its works. 4 weeks 3KG for me.

The RMR is not an accurate figure I think mine is higher but the main thing was writing down everything we eat. As I wrote it down I saw the figures add up In the day and controlled myself a lot better. Let’s not kid that most of us will not write down everything. I had to push myself the whole time and if anything I am a little out but I must say for the most part I was as honest as possible (give or take 50-100 calories J). Sorry the short hand in the what I ate but I would go mad if I had to write down the whole dish by its full name taste recipe etc. all I wanted to do was break it down into the calories. Maybe one day in the future I will show you how good the food I make is J but that’s pushing it until this becomes my full time day time job  and I am producing videos of  Chatzke’s Curry Chicken secret recipe. I am eating well in fact I am enjoying my food now more than ever because it’s mostly healthy and tastier too.
