DJ Tiesto Rules !!!

Shabbos is upon us almost and it’s another good workout week of consistency. Only 4 times I went to Winlife this week. Today it was raining and cold but they opened the gym up for us so I managed a good Cardio full hour on the Elliptical Cross trainer. My heart rate was pretty high most of the time but just on that I burnt off 1100 calories. I then took a little break and did some weights in the gym for around 30 minutes. From there I headed to one of the best Spinning classes I have been to in a while. There are a couple of reasons I think it was great. 1st of all the older  folks had to deal with a little house and trance music which in any cardio workout makes me put in 200% effort when the song is climbing. At last democracy is ruling and there is half Israeli music remixes and half Trance .  The 2nd reason was that Chen our instructor forgot we have a seat on the bike today and made  us stand almost the entire class doing interval climbs and sprints. I was sooo finished afterwards but that’s the way a Spaddict likes it. The bags I schlepped out the gym today of Laundry were at least 2kg heavier just from being completely soaked. Needless to say there was a little river flowing under the seat of my bike by the time I finished the class and my sprinkler system had done its thing.

I then headed to wash it all off with a 500m slooow swim and had a sauna. Total calories burnt today 2700.

Total calories burnt in exercise for the week came to 9750 . For those of you that don’t know. The formula for how many calories you need to burn to lose 1kg is as follows. You need to be 7500 calories in Credit to lose 1kg of fat. So there is some taken off this once you calculate how much I have eaten and my RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) .
