I enjoyed Holmes Place today. I started with a hour on the Elliptical Cross Trainer it was great. The best thing is there is Winter Olympics on TV now and all the machines here have a TV. I think I can see myself spending a lot of time on them in the next week or two. The stitches I have are find and are not hurting me at all . I refrained from running outdoors to be cautious today.  I did a little weight training  and then went to a Pilates class. It was quite good will take time to get used too.  I was the only male in the class but I am definitely not complaining about being amongst Super Models  for an hour :). I can get used to this.

Laphroaig is my only Malt left. I am enjoying it to bring in the Shabbos.  I hope to be restocked next week with some Duty Free Malt.

It has been a hard week refraining from going all out in training because of a stupid few stitches. I am going to be in restraining mode for the next week too but I think I will pick up the pace a little by trying to run and seing how it goes.
