Wow another very long day in work and exercise I am beat. I guess its going to take time to get used the new place. It really felt weird being in a Gym Rat’s place of training again
There are lots of Sports Addicts there.
The pool is weird. 3 lanes and small ones too. You have to swim very straight and only freestyle if you are sharing the lane with someone else which is very likely. I am going to have to try finding the quiet hours and scheduling them in. It felt like I was in something like Nemo’s submarine. The whole pool is stainless steel almost like swimming in a sink. Very weird……. Anyways I had a very good swim and hard work out because I had to do a lot of freestyle. My arms and shoulders feel like they really were worked hard. The gym has great equipment and plenty of machines. It has a nice view…too.Spinning was also very very good I burnt a lot in that class. Music was pretty good too.
Lebowitz quoted from some movie yesterday “We wait and see what the tide brings in …..” or something like that :) Day by Day
I am Klupped again need to get some sleeeep and probably rest day tomorrow from training.

‘cast away’………………
I had power over *nothing*. And that’s when this feeling came over me like a warm blanket. I knew, somehow, that I had to stay alive. Somehow. I had to keep breathing. Even though there was no reason to hope. And all my logic said that I would never see this place again. So that’s what I did. I stayed alive. I kept breathing. And one day my logic was proven all wrong because the tide came in, and gave me a sail. And now, here I am. I’m back. In Memphis, talking to you. I have ice in my glass… And I’ve lost her all over again. I’m so sad that I don’t have Kelly. And I know what I have to do now. I gotta keep breathing. Because tomorrow the sun will rise. Who knows what the tide could bring?
