Yesterday I was once again caught out by planning on going to train in the evening. I was on my way out the door when I got a work call I had to deal with which turned into a 5 hour systems Emergency. I hate work  :)  Once again it reaffirms the best time to exercise is in the mornings. No one is looking for me at 6am and I can relatively safely turn off the phone till I am done .The evenings there is always a chance something will come up or I won’t feel like going.

I went to the committee at Maccabi that decides on whether the medical insurance will cover the operation for the excess skin removal(Abdominoplasty) I was all worried and it turned out to be a 5 minute affair with not much asked of me. I did not even get a chance to make my case even stronger to them. It felt like a formality I just hope that’s all it was and they will approve it soon. It gave me motivation as well to pull off the little weight I have put on in the last 2 months. I need to get down 4-5kg’s and I will need to be on diet again soon. I hope I will be running more so that it will come off quickly. My foot has almost recovered. I took it easy again today and I hope to test the waters tomorrow and see how it feels because it hurt a lot over the weekend after my run on Friday.

Holmes Place Israeli Management Need An Education In Real Service

Today was a good session at Holmes Place. The swim and class were good. Holmes Place still are  going to get bad publicity again from me because they are problematic with running the place. I am still waiting for someone to build me a program after more than 2 weeks since I joined and took their extra “Success Package”. They are pathetic and I really think it’s time I found a global complaints e-mail address because on the Israeli side there is no one to talk to. They obviously still don’t see how unprofessional they are at running the place. They were very quick and eager to take my money and offer the extra mile but when it came to delivering the goods they have failed miserably .No one has even asked me for a Medical certificate yet stating I am healthy enough to exercise. It’s supposed to be compulsory from what I see on the website and I think according the law , yet no one has even mentioned it to me yet. I keep on saying I am tired of fighting to try teach Israeli business’s what service is after being here for 15 years but I just cannot stand by when this is getting worse by the week here and they need to be educated because they are pretty dumb at the most basic of services to any new member , their management could learn a lesson or two. I am teaching them a little lesson in SEO(Search Engine Optimization) I hope too

 The facilities are good though and it’s a pity. Whats more of a pity is there is no competition as convenient and  close enough otherwise I would seriously consider trying them out.
