Step Aerobics at Holmes Place I am going to give a miss next time. It was a bit of a miff class not with a weight and more just step. I was not used to it and gave up after 45 minutes when I lost interest in the class. It isn’t worth waiting till 10am on a Thursday morning for.  I came back in the afternoon though and had a new Pilates class which was good. I then had a spinning class that was excellent. I really feel a better Cardio from here. The bikes feel more comfortable and the music is much much more trance and house and not as much Israeli . The beat is hard loud and fast just like I like it which then gives me more motivation to push on as hard as I can.

I am off to rest because tomorrow morning I am in my new Orthotics running through the nature reserve at Wingate. I have been looking forward the whole week to the run . My arch is still a little sore but I have managed so far this week to push past the pain and enjoy
