Shavua Tov
I had to go in the morning today because of going to the skin doctor to have some sun spots removed and I am not able to exercise later today. I hate it when medical matters or injuries interfere with the regime
I am also not allowed to swim for 3 days now
Anyways aside from that I had a good workout this morning and behaved myself with the running by holding back and not heading into the sand dunes which may hurt my Achilles tendon again. This is the longest injury I have had so far but thank god it’s getting better. I ran 9km (53 Minutes) on the sand roads around Wingate. I then went to the gym for 45 minutes and ended off in the pool with Mushi for Water Aerobics which was my bonus for the week. It’s been a while since I went to her class and I really enjoy it. She has a really good energy about her. All in all I burnt off 1800 Calories today.
Got to push for Wednesdays weigh in. I need to keep on track and pull off another KG if I am lucky this week. If I pull a KG off then I am giving myself some breathing room for the New Years Eve deadline to get to 89.9KG. BTW the punishment if either myself or Lebowitz don’t make the target is getting to a full week with a Minyan for Shacharit\Mincha\Maariv something I haven’t done in about 14 years , which I should not be proud of especially but Mornings have never been my thing and going to shul is also somehow not also not even though I wear a kippa full time would you believe. I don’t think I will be able make a week of minyans so I am going to have work extra hard to get the weight down :) I hope the man upstairs will forgive me in my quest.
2 more training days before weigh in left. I am going to go in tomorrow and on Tuesday and give it all I got….
I am what the Israeli’s call “Dati Light” .I think its “Dati Extra Light” I do wish sometimes I could be as addicted to religion as to sport .Maybe there is hope for me yet.
