The Weekly Sunday Session Opener
Alrighty then all. Started my week with a 3 hour session tonight. I am klupped\tired and ready for sleep.
I started with a Spinning Class. Burnt of around 750 Calories. From there I moved on to Aerobics which was great. Class was full. Managed around 400 calories there to burn off. I finished off my evening with a Pilates class……All in all around 1400 Calories total I would say according to Polar.
I finished it all off with a delicious 3 egg omlette with Mushrooms and Onions .Some Rye bread and a salad. Desert was my half a granola bar . I was very hungry by the time I got home.
Need I say more. A good way to start my week and prepare for Wednesdays Weigh in. I have a bet running with a friend abroad who is also trying for a few Kg by New years. Notice not after new year’s it’s our pre new year’s resolution. I need to be under 90KG again and he needs to be under 80KG.
I am aiming to pull off all the Quitting Smoking\Injury weight I have put on in the last few months. I am now at 94.8kg. Last week I pulled of a KG since I started counting calories again by the book.
Need to get to sleep now badly I am half asleep writing this.
