Tuesdays Power day
Tuesdays are usually a very power workout day. This week I overslept by an hour and missed my 10km run to start. It was ok though managed to get an hour of gym in and then 2 Aerobics classes. One regular and one step class. All in all a good 1600 calories burnt off in 3 hours. I hope I make weigh in tomorrow not looking likely right now as I am still at work putting out fires . Will do my best though to get there. As far as eating goes I have been behaving the whole day cannot complain.
