Water Aerobics
I don’t get to do this as often as I would like. It is a great workout is all I can say and non-impact. When being especially overweight as I was it was great to have the ability to do a sport without the real weight on your legs. When injured on my legs I used this a lot and it was great too.
I am also privileged to have a legendary instructor who has an energy like few others, Mushi Harush who is the chairman of the Israel Aquatic exersize center.
Lately I have not been able to get there as often as I should.be got to work on it. So much sport to do but so little time to do it all in……
